Because our products are carefully sourced and fulfilled as ordered, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pathwayessential.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us resolve your concern quickly.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
